Indonesian Journal of Contemporary Islamic Educational Studies (IJCIES) is committed to supporting open-access dissemination and transparent publishing practices. The journal does not charge any article submission fees, allowing authors to submit their manuscripts free of charge.

If the manuscript is accepted for publication after going through the peer-review process, the author will be charged an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000. This fee is used to support publishing operations, layout formatting, plagiarism checks, DOI management, and maintenance of the Open Journal Systems (OJS) infrastructure. An author's ability to pay does not influence editorial decisions. Acceptance of manuscripts is strictly based on academic quality, originality, and scholarly merit. Edulitera offers a fee waiver policy for authors facing financial constraints or affiliated with low-resourced institutions, which can be requested by submitting a formal application to the Editorial Team during manuscript submission.
