Authors who publish with Indonesian Journal of Contemporary Islamic Educational Studies (IJCIES) retain unencumbered copyright ownership of their scholarly work. Authors grant Indonesian Journal of Contemporary Islamic Educational Studies (IJCIES) a non-exclusive license to publish, index, host, and permanently distribute the article in both print and electronic formats.
All published articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, readers and third parties are free to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial uses, provided that two mandatory conditions are met: appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s) with full bibliographic metadata and official DOI link, and any derivative works must be licensed under identical terms.
Authors retain the unrestricted right to deposit and self-archive the final published version (Publisher's PDF) in institutional repositories, subject repositories (such as Zenodo or OSF), and personal or academic social networks immediately upon publication with no embargo period required.
