Abstract
School principal leadership is a strategic factor in integrating Islamic values, school management, and educational quality improvement. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of Islamic educational leadership and its contribution to educational quality at SD An-Nahl Islamic Tahfidz School. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a questionnaire as the main instrument and observation as supporting data. The research involved teachers and educational staff as respondents. Data were analyzed using percentage scores for leadership indicators and an analysis of the relationship between Islamic educational leadership characteristics and educational quality. The results indicate that Islamic educational leadership is categorized as good, particularly in exemplary behavior, trustworthiness, communication, deliberation, supervision, and student potential development. The relationship between leadership and educational quality shows a positive tendency. These findings indicate that value-based Islamic leadership can serve as a strategic instrument for developing school culture, strengthening student character, and improving educational quality.
