Abstract
This research examines the role of Big Data technology in enhancing the effectiveness of educational management in higher education institutions. The literature review method is employed to gather and analyze information from various sources related to the implementation of Big Data in higher education contexts. The findings indicate that the use of Big Data can significantly improve the efficiency of administrative management in universities, enable timely and informational decision-making, and personalize the student learning experience. However, challenges related to data privacy and security need to be addressed in the implementation of this technology. Therefore, recommendations are suggested to develop policies that regulate the ethical and secure use of data, and to enhance staff capacity in managing and analyzing Big Data. This study contributes to understanding the potential and challenges of Big Data technology in transforming educational management in higher education.
